Services
Physical Therapy
Our physical therapy services address musculoskeletal and neurological conditions through customized treatment plans. Using manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and advanced techniques like dry needling, we help patients regain mobility and reduce pain. Each session focuses on individual needs, combining evidence-based practices with patient education to achieve long-term results.
Dry Needling
Dry needling targets muscle tension and trigger points using thin needles to alleviate pain and improve function. This technique, performed by certified therapists, addresses conditions like chronic pain and sports injuries. Sessions vary in length based on patient needs, with immediate relief often experienced after treatment.
Biofeedback
Biofeedback assesses pelvic floor muscle strength and coordination using visual feedback for precise treatment. This non-invasive method helps manage conditions like urinary incontinence and pelvic pain. Therapists use internal/external sensors to guide patients through exercises that improve muscle control and overall pelvic health.
Wellness Classes
Small-group wellness classes focus on strength, flexibility, and injury prevention under the guidance of licensed trainers. Limited to four participants, sessions include personalized assessments and progress tracking every eight classes. Activities integrate sports medicine principles to enhance physical performance and overall well-being.
Bodywork
Bodywork services include myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and Reiki to reduce muscle tension and promote relaxation. Sessions range from 25 to 60 minutes, tailored to individual needs. Therapists use hands-on techniques to improve circulation, alleviate pain, and support the body's natural healing processes.

Ever feel like you being held up? 1 cost was given before treatment. A different cost was billed. Was told our insurance is accepted as in network but billed as out of network. Also billed at a different rate than originally told. Dr/ Owner wouldn't resolve. Multiple attempts were made to handle this based on original conversation about cost and coverage. While the theropist was nice and knowledgeable, the way the place is managed is costing my family quite a bit more than we considered. Knowing what we know now this business would have not been used and is not recommended. Can't figure out
