Ideal for corporate gatherings and private celebrations, our space includes 12-hour rentals with 240 Chiavari chairs, multiple table configurations, and audiovisual equipment. The venue supports cocktail receptions, seated dinners, and meetings with on-site security and cleaning services included.
Catering Services
We offer a preferred caterer list for customized menus or allow outside caterers. The venue includes a prep kitchen and seating arrangements for buffet dinners, cocktail receptions, or formal banquets. Champagne Chiavari chairs and banquet tables ensure elegant presentation.
Bridal Suites

This venue is absolutely beautiful but the star of the show was the staff on the day of our event. Andrea and Jennifer are outstanding! They were so helpful and caring for each detail. We are so thankful to the whole team and would recommend The Sanctuary for any event!

This venue was exceptional. The ease of working with the staff and manager, Jennifer, was beyond our expectations. They accommodated our 150 wedding guests and everything went off smoothly and beautifully.

Booked here for my daughter's quinceaera and it was a great experience all around, from planning to the actual event to cleanup. The place is beautiful, the space and layout was just right, and the set-up was perfect. Loved everything about it. Thank you for such a great event!

I heard a rumor from a very reliable source that some pretty cool live music acts will be on stage soon. One in particular caught my attention... John Waite, the former front man of the iconic 70's band, The Babys, is on the calendar for October 24th at The Sanctuary Music & Events in McKinney, Tx.

This venue was everything we had hoped for! With their stage, it optimizes the viewing experience for the guests. The lighting was perfect and the video recording we received from the venue was far better that we expected to receive. So many camera angles! The communication during the planning process was exceptional and having a coordinator there during the event was so helpful. We totally recommend this venue to anyone looking for an easy-to-budget-for wedding venue. We were so impressed that we want to book an event there for my parents' 50th anniversary!

We had an amazing experience working with Jennifer! We had our reception on a Wednesday, and planned wedding within 3 months. Jennifer was so patient and helpful in planning for our big day. I cant recommend her and the venue enough!

Fantastic venue for a wedding reception! Absolutely adored it! First, the venue itself is beautiful both inside and out! It has perfect picture-taking areas all around! The manager (Jennifer) was phenomenal at guiding us through the process of planning the reception, and she responded well to questions and concerns! She was very open and willing to help, and she provided an on-site manager the day of! We couldn't have asked for a better place for our wedding reception!
