My mom introduced me to photography when I was young and still encourages my passion for it today. When I embarked on a sixth grade trip to Washington D.C.-point and shoot camera in hand-my mom critiqued the images upon my return. And, when I began to seriously explore photography in college, it was my mom who presented me with my first Single Lens Reflex camera as a birthday gift.
