This went better than I even thought. She loved the flowers and Ivy was patient and reflexive when I entered the wrong date with my order. Will use Flowers by Ivy again! The orchid arrangement I ordered was true to its picture and loved by my family. Besides beautiful flowers, the customer service was superb.
I got an email stating that the address I gave was the same in the court as it was in the avenue. Once that was cleared up, I got a phone call requesting the Unit that I neglected to put on the order request. This was all errors on my part, but they were always professional. Thank you so much!
