This place is a joke! It takes 2 hours to make it to a room. I wish we would've went somewhere else! Thank god my daughter wasn't injured more seriously otherwise she would've diedin the waiting room!!!

We went there for the birth of our daughter. We spent 3 memorable days in maternity section. From the time we were checked in to the time we checked out of the hospital, our experiences were wonderful. We appreciated all the help. Wonderful team of doctors and nurses around the clock. Our heart felt appreciation to the team for their help. Please visit them for any help you may need. Thank you Thedacare team! Stay safe and may God continues to bless you and your works.

Terry the head nurse on floor 5 is just god awful. I just can't believe how rude she is. I told her I was in severe pain she says too bad I complained she threatened to bring security to my room.

The ladies and gentlemen did amazing. I stayed completely knocked out during procedure. Very quick and comfortable, food within minutes following. (My high school procedure at St. Vincent in GB I woke up during my sport surgery procedure....not good and traumatizing)

Patient was brought in to the ER and miss-diagnosed by two doctors who wanted the patient to be discharged and sent home. Patient was unable to take care of themselves and in tremendous pain. Talked them into admitting patient. Patient was found to be terminal and not what the ER doctor had diagnosed. To top it off the head hospice nurse was also unprofessional.

We were told she could stay until I got out off work the next day (being we had made no plans for it to be an overnight stay) to pick her up (an hour dive from the hospital). The next morning she asked for food (she is diabetic and this is known) which she was given none. She was dizzy and weak and told a nurse she need to go to the bathroom and was told to just be careful. Then another nurse told her she was discharged
