We went there for the birth of our daughter. We spent 3 memorable days in maternity section. From the time we were checked in to the time we checked out of the hospital, our experiences were wonderful. We appreciated all the help. Wonderful team of doctors and nurses around the clock. Our heart felt appreciation to the team for their help. Please visit them for any help you may need. Thank you Thedacare team! Stay safe and may God continues to bless you and your works.

Patient was brought in to the ER and miss-diagnosed by two doctors who wanted the patient to be discharged and sent home. Patient was unable to take care of themselves and in tremendous pain. Talked them into admitting patient. Patient was found to be terminal and not what the ER doctor had diagnosed. To top it off the head hospice nurse was also unprofessional.

My mother need surgery. She was not told to stop her blood thinner 24 hours before the surgery which caused complications and made a out patient procedure into an over night stay. We were told she could stay until I got out off work the next day (being we had made no plans for it to be an overnight stay) to pick her up (an hour dive from the hospital). The next morning she asked for food (she is diabetic and this is known) which she was given none. She was dizzy and weak and told a nurse she need to go to the bathroom and was told to just be careful. Then another nurse told her she was discharged

Not very happy with how I was treated. I was made to feel like more of an inconvenience than a patient coming in with cardiac concerns. I was stuck in some back hallway room and left for several hours. I could hear several alarms going off over and over without anyone coming to check on them. I won't return.

I went in for an Annual Physical. It was almost $1,000. I was charged an additional $380 for an extended office visit because I asked questions. This is the second time this has happened to me. I specifically said "I have no questions" and explained why and was still charged and additional office visit fee for my annual exam. I am done with Encircle Health. I am appealing the charges and I requested my Insurance Company do their own appeal They should have to cover this.

Went in with horrible pain & symptoms of kidney stones, which I've had before. After urine test & CT-scan by Chris, we found out I don't have them right now. Dr Cooper, Pete, and Chris from CT made this a tolerable experience. They took my pain seriously & I was released in about 2 hours, sent home with steroids & lidocaine patches. They worked pretty fast & no one was rude to me, (unlike the Neenah ER with the abusive red-headed nurse.) Not sure what will happen with my illness/injury, but I just wanted to share my experience. This happened on August 19, 2021.
