Our manual therapy approach uses skilled hands-on techniques to diagnose and treat soft tissue and joint restrictions. This specialized treatment improves mobility, reduces pain, and accelerates healing for patients with chronic conditions. Ideal for those seeking non-surgical solutions to musculoskeletal issues, our therapy addresses the body's interconnected systems to resolve complex pain patterns.
Pelvic Health Treatment
Specialized care for pelvic floor dysfunction in both men and women addresses urinary issues, chronic pain, and post-surgical recovery. Our treatment combines internal and external manual techniques to restore normal function and alleviate discomfort. Patients benefit from individualized programs that integrate muscle retraining and lifestyle modifications for lasting results.
Adhesion Therapy
Targeted adhesion treatment resolves abnormal tissue connections from surgery or trauma using precise manual techniques. This therapy restores normal tissue mobility and reduces associated pain without invasive procedures. Patients experience improved organ function and reduced nerve compression through our specialized approach developed over decades of clinical practice.
Chronic Pain Management
Our chronic pain program addresses long-standing conditions resistant to conventional treatments through comprehensive musculoskeletal assessment and targeted interventions. By identifying and treating underlying structural imbalances, patients achieve sustained pain reduction and improved functionality without reliance on medications.
Post-Surgical Recovery
Accelerated recovery programs optimize healing after surgeries including hysterectomies, prostatectomies, and abdominal procedures. Our therapy focuses on restoring tissue mobility, reducing scar-related complications, and rebuilding strength through progressive rehabilitation protocols tailored to each patient's surgical history.

I had other forms of help for my pelvic discomfort, but Mary went above and beyond. I've moved and had other great manual therapy but Mary has always been the absolute best and longest lasting help.

Mary is a miracle worker when it comes to specialized physical therapy. She has worked wonders on my many ailments, from post surgical abdominal internal scar tissue, to sciatica, to horrible bouts of digestive/intestinal problems, and more. Her treatments have been invaluable for my daughter, a professional dancer. She has also helped my husband with cycling and exercise induced physical problems.

I once asked her how in the world she knows so much more than so many other doctors and specialists who were unable to help me. She said she attends a lot of weekend educational programs for osteopaths
