Received glasses with faulty frames, was told I would get replacement ones. Three months, three in person visits and many phone calls later I still don't have properly functioning frames. Every time I call for a status update they have no idea what is going on. I'm sure if I pressed the issue I would get new frames, but the point is that their service is horrible and a waste of your time.

Charged me for a fitting on contacts Ive worn for years. When I tried to reorder my contacts I was told they wouldnt because my prescription was over a year old by 2 weeks. Then was told contact prescriptions are only good for a year when it is 2 years by law. Beware!

After 2 years from a bad experience with this place, I made an appointment to try again. I left work early to make my 4:45 appointment and when I got there they said they didn't have an appointment with my name. I'm done bad service, bad front office personnel and doctors aren't very good either
