I had good experiences at the Preston Road Pharmacy for a really long time, but things changed the last few years I was in Dallas. During that time I went there to fill a prescription and when I got there, two young girls, probably high school or college age, were working at the counter. One of them got the medication from wherever they were keeping it and threw it at me while the other said something to me in very rude, disrespectful, and hostile tone. This all happened right in front of their supervisor and they did absolutely nothing about it. A few years later, I was in town and wanted to get

Prescription delivery was delayed by an entire day which wouldn't have been such a huge deal if everyone who I spoke with on the phone, including a manager named Kevin, hadn't been so short and rude. I've worked in the service industry - you can be be busy without being so harsh.

My family has been using Preston Road Pharmacy for over a DECADE without a single problem, so I was shocked to have such a terrible experience with them over the past two days. I really needed my prescription the day it was prescribed and asked if it could be delivered that day or if I should just come get it. The woman on the phone assured me it would be delivered that day. The prescription never arrived so I called the next morning and the woman on the phone was very short with me when I asked when it would be delivered. I offered to come and pick it up if the prescription hadn't been sent

I have been going to this pharmacy for over 49 years. They are professional, accurate and kind. Always go above the minimum that you get with most chains. I highly recommend them
