My name is Chris Jones. I have been a Knoxville, TN resident since 2013. At a young age I learned a special and unique way to pan-fry taco shells. Since I have moved to Knoxville, I have yet to taste a tortilla that is similar to mine. It occurred to me that this was the perfect opportunity to share my secret with the people of East Tennessee.
