So far, I have had a great experience with Windsor. My dad has been there for 6 weeks now for rehab and he likes the program, the therapists and the food. What I like about it also is that we can always talk to management as I have their cellphones.

Everyone was so friendly and helpful, my family member seems happy. I also left my I.D. at the front desk and Nikkolette (I hope I spelled that right, I have a bad memory) saw me and ran it right out to me.

Im very sad today my Dad died at this place. We were about to take him home because we didn't like the care he was getting at this place. The docter they have here is lazy not good. He didnt give good care to my father. Some of the nurses are rude. Administration are nice but they promise but that's it. I don't understand why they have the ratings they have. Please be careful horrible place!!!

My son is 42 and was very sick.It was very hard for him to except going to a senior facility. Everyone was nice.Felipe was so helpful and the nurses were so nice and the activities coordinator too. Thank you everyone for for your help.It was greatly appreciated.
