I bought a gorgeous preowned RAV4 from McDaniels Acura yesterday. For two days I was guided through the inspection and purchase procedures by their incredible Sales Associate, Heddy Ramicone. To say that she went over and above the standard job of a car salesperson is an understatement. Prior to purchase, she stayed almost 2 hours beyond closing time to make certain that I had everything I needed to make a considered decision and had completed all required paperwork in order to secure the sale. Then she insisted that I leave it overnight so that it could be totally detailed by their staff early

I purchased a 2019 Honda Pilot from McDaniels Acura and I'm thoroughly pleased with how the entire process went. Found a car on their website, ended up settling on a price so I made my way from Charleston to columbia. The car was everything that was advertised so I bought it. Drove the car back, had no issues. The team at McDaniels Acura is outstanding. We drove from over 100 miles away to buy our car from them. Everyone was super friendly from the greeter, to the sales person and the sales manager. I even had another sales person come over and congratulate me on our purchase when we left, which I thought was very thoughtful. Kevin our sales person, made sure that we had everything that we needed and was in constant contact before picking the car up and after. He spent a long time with us in the car going over every feature patiently taking his time to make sure that we understood all of the features
