TC Building

At TC Building, we approach homebuilding as an art forman opportunity to transform architectural visions into enduring realities. With over three decades of experience crafting custom homes in Albuquerque and Santa Fe, our work reflects a deep commitment to quality, authenticity, and innovation. Founded in 1989 by Thomas Cardenas, our team brings 35+ years of construction expertise to every project, combining old-world craftsmanship with modern green building technologies. We specialize in Tuscan, Mediterranean, Spanish, Contemporary, and Modern home styles, ensuring each design prioritizes both aesthetic detail and energy efficiency. Our hands-on methodology means clients work directly with our founder throughout the building process, from initial design consultations to material selection and construction oversight.

We take pride in constructing homes that embody artistic precision while utilizing state-of-the-art masonry, wood framing, and eco-friendly materials. Our reputation as award-winning builders stems from a philosophy where client relationships extend beyond project completion. As a licensed New Mexico business deeply rooted in the community, we maintain affiliations with industry leaders like the National Association of Home Builders. Every project represents our dedication to creating distinctive living spaces that balance functional design with timeless beauty, supported by meticulous attention to construction standards and client satisfaction.
