When I graduated from the University of South Carolina with a Business Administration degree and a double major in Marketing and Finance (emphasis in Real Estate) in 1980, I quickly learned that inexperience can be an asset if you are blessed with a clear vision of what you want to achieve. My earliest visions came to fruition in 1985; I became the developer of The Wilshire House, a nine-story condominium tower located near USC's campus.
