Services
Physical Therapy
Our physical therapy services focus on restoring mobility and reducing pain through personalized treatment plans. We utilize manual therapy, dry needling, and therapeutic exercises to address conditions like arthritis, post-surgical recovery, and chronic pain. Patients benefit from one-on-one care with licensed therapists committed to achieving long-term functional improvements.
Aquatic Therapy
Aquatic therapy leverages buoyancy, warm water, and hydrostatic pressure to ease joint stress and promote healing. This low-impact treatment is ideal for back pain, joint injuries, and post-surgical rehabilitation. Patients experience reduced swelling and improved mobility in a comfortable, controlled environment.
Platelet-Rich Plasma Therapy
PRP therapy uses a patients own blood platelets to accelerate tissue repair for chronic tendon, ligament, and arthritic conditions. This regenerative treatment is performed in-office, offering a non-surgical alternative to stimulate healing and reduce pain without hospital visits.
Radiofrequency Ablation
Radiofrequency ablation targets chronic pain by disrupting nerve signals using heat. Guided by fluoroscopy, this minimally invasive procedure provides long-lasting relief for neck, back, and joint pain, allowing patients to avoid surgery and resume daily activities pain-free.
Spinal Cord Stimulation
Spinal cord stimulation uses implanted devices to manage chronic pain through electrical impulses. This advanced therapy is ideal for patients with persistent back or limb pain unresponsive to other treatments, offering significant symptom relief and improved quality of life.

Dr Geisler and his nurse Shelby have been taking care of me for a sever lumber spinal injury for all but 6 years. Without them I wouldn't be able to have anything close to "normal" life. There is no way I can thank them near enough.

This review is for ELKO Spines Physical Therapy department. Friendly knowledgeable staff really helped my daughter. Got her back up and running pain free and informed her how to keep it that way when she was finished with therapy. Great location close to home and clean during these tough COVID times.

So far I am not impressed. The receptionist is rude, doesn't listen, and is completely unorganized. Physicians assistant has been helpful but overall I think this place needs some better organization. Update, I wouldn't recommend this place at all. There is a profit before patients mentality here. The office manager is disrespectful and unprofessional and if you express your frustration you will be labeled as verbally hostile! Just go somewhere else.
