I went to drop off an application recently. I've never experienced such a cold, rude approach in such an agency. I saw one staff sitting down, occupied on a phone call and the other girl approached me to take my application and patient's items. The girl sitting down, although she wasn't helping me, snatched the patient's insurance card and said "We don't take this, or this!" as she snatched the second card. First it would have been fine if the lady who took the application initially was able to finish her job and explain that to me. Second the manner in which that was done was completely unprofessional
