Brushing properly for at least two minutes, twice a day will ensure a bright, healthy smile when your braces are removed. If you need help choosing the right toothbrush, toothpaste, and dental floss, please ask us and we can help you choose the right products for your teeth and your appliance. Use a toothbrush with soft bristles and a small strip of fluoride toothpaste.
