In response to owners response: I have no idea why you thought I was coming to showroom to pick out tile as I already picked out tile from Floor and Decor, bought the sample pieces and showed them to them man who came to do the estimate and he asked me what direction I wanted the wall tile to flow. So for you to withhold the estimate based on what you said, is just an excuse OR poor communication within your facility between the one who came out and the one who writes the estimate up. But even if you thought what you told me, why not a follow up call after I called asking where my estimate was

RCI Flooring is it very friendly people with excellent service. Chris and his team worked four days in our house and installed a ceramic floor manufactured in Germany. Chris and his brother Louise are highly skilled workers. Go to the shop in Palm Harbor and you will find the flooring you are looking for. The house looks different thank you to our RCI flooring. We have spent a week with your staff, Louis and Tony. We want to tell you what a pleasure it was having them here doing the work. We didn't mind the little inconveniences. I worked with Chris regarding purchasing and having tile work done in my home. He came to measure give me information that I wasn't real comfortable with regarding the quality of work and never got back to me with a quote. I went into the showroom spoke with him. I waited a week for a quote on labor and material. When I didn't hear from him I called - twice. He was annoyed that I called, didn't remember that we even had spoken and then told me that I was not his only customer and he was really busy and he would get back to me whenever he could.
