Katy at Hawkeye was quick with responses over email and was very helpful at answering questions. The price was comparable to some other reputable companies we had reached out to, as well. Katy got me scheduled for an estimate the next day, and the job was complete within a week. In a couple hours, he replaced the ruined parts of the padding, then relaid and cleaned my existing carpet. It looks better than when I bought

We've used Marc twice to clean our carpets. This past week he came to help get the carpets ready for us to list our home. He was right on time and right on the quoted price. He even added working on our basement carpet high traffic areas that we had given up on (assuming we'd just need to offer a carpet allowance). We were so impressed with how they came out (we'd tried cleaning them ourselves, but it just didn't help). I don't think we'll need to offer a carpet allowance, now. As always, Marc makes the whole process easy. Highly recommend Hawkeye.

Two men came out to clean our air ducts after major renovations in our home. It took them about 4 hours for 16 returns/vents. They were very thorough and respectful (because I work from home) to be mindful of my privacy. They showed us before and after pictures of the clean ducts. I would use them again. It was a pleasant experience.

Amazing! My tenants recently moved out and left so many stains on the carpet I was worried that cleaning wouldn't be enough. I was so wrong. Marc did an amazing job, bringing the carpets back to looking new again.
