We offer general home inspection services, pre-listing inspections, wind mitigation and 4-point insurance inspections utilizing the latest technology such as FLIR thermal imaging. After your inspection, you will receive a prompt, detailed report. We inspect from 8am-6pm Monday thru Saturday.

For your convenience, we can assist with arranging WDO/termite inspections, septic certification inspections and with structural, geotechnical and/or environmental engineering partners, should the need arise.Just let us know! Our 5-STAR Home Inspection is for Single-Family, Condos and Townhomes, and include detailed, useful inspection reports, complete with photos and recommendations from an InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector (CPI).

A 4-point inspection is often required to insure a home that's more than 25 years old. Without a 4-point inspection, you may find that you're not able to find an insurance company who is willing to issue a policy for your home. You may also need a periodic 4-point inspection for your insurer to continue extending your policy.

Wind mitigation inspections are unique to Florida, and other areas of the United States that frequently experience gale-force winds from hurricanes and other storms. As the name implies this type of inspection focuses on components of the home that can help prevent serious structural damage due to high winds.
