Martial Arts instruction is just the ticket! I was a student in your South Suburban YMCA martial arts program around 30 years ago in Iowa.
In your classes I gained confidence, learned how to protect myself, and the importance of respecting others. I was also lucky to be part of the amazing family you had created at the school. Over the years I have participated in a number of other martial arts programs in Colorado where I now live, and I always use my experience at your school as the measure of a good martial arts program.
