Back in 1984, in the small town of Skillman, NJ (near Princeton) Jarod Hynson started a small lawn maintenance service at the age of 13. By 1991 this company grew to become one of the elite grounds maintenance companies of Central Jersey. In 1994 the business was sold so Jarod could further his education at Messiah College, followed by several additional years of landscape field experience.
By 2000, after much research, a decision was reached to launch a company that would truly exceed every customer's lawn and landscape expectations. Earth, Turf, & Wood has grown into one of the most well-known and respected premier landscape and hardscape firms in the central PA area.
