Full set drop-off is for parties under 60 guests. We come and set-up our tables, linens, hot chafing dishes, and provide all disposables for your event. 20% operational charge. Full set-up includes all the above but we provide a staff member to help replenish all food items. This is a method of serving in which food is brought to the table in serving dishes from which everyone helps themselves.

Chicken Wings Choose your flavor- grilled teriyaki buffalo, adobo (Filipino-style, think salt & vinegar), pineapple sriracha BBQ (GF), grilled citrus chili BBQ (GF), Jawaiian jerk, grilled Korean BBQ, katsu w/a tonkatsu sauce, maple habaero or huckleberry BBQ. Teriyaki Chicken Lettuce Wraps lettuce cups with chicken, rice noodles, fresh carrots, cucumbers, cilantro & peanuts served with a citrus chili sauce (GF).

Pig Roast

Treat Your Guests to a Unique Experience with Kanak Attack's On-Site Roast Pig for Your Next Gathering. Our Kanak Attack staff will arrive 45 to 60 minutes prior to your meal time to set up the pig roaster. The total cook time is 8-9 hours, so we start cooking the pig at our kitchen and finish the roasting process at your location.

We operate two food trucks during the Spring and Summer months. Find us out and about throughout the Treasure Valley and at major events. Offering our Hawaiian plate lunches, street tacos, and our Kanak loaded fries. Our trucks do all types of events, from graduation parties, weddings, corporate events, and family reunions to name a few.
