After coming to my home and taking measurements and a list of my needs on 7/18/2018 I have yet to get a estimate. I even called and was told I would get one soon. Its now the end of August. Needless to say I have found another contractor!!

I know the owner and he is a very honest guy. If he cant help you or doesn't do what you are asking for he will tell you. He's not just looking to get work he is looking to do what you need and in the highest quality manner possible.

This fellow showed up at my home to estimate a repair in the $4k to $6k range. I know the estimated cost, as others followed through with a quote. However, Locatelli could never produce a quote. After two weeks of back-and-forth communication seeking his emailed quote, he finally responded with:
"I just checked with my secretary and she said she emailed u regarding our inability to do ur work due to its size,"
So, if you have time to waste and a big job, this is the company to go with...
