American Inspections did our inspection this morning, and it was a great experience. They arrived early and got the report to me in a timely manner. Michael was very thorough, knowledgeable, and personable. He conveyed information as he went along and pointed out everything that was going to be put into the report. I was going to use another company for double the price, but then was referred by a friend that has used American Inspections on multiple occasions.
