Worst customer service ever!! Walked on to lot and thier was no one to help. Finally went to the office and asked about a car and all the employee wantedto do was hand us keys and take a picture of out drivers license. Would not come out and talk to us or help at all. We got the key to the car we wanted to see and the key wouldn't even open the the door to the car. Went back in to give the key back and leave and asked the employee to let me see him delete the picture of my drivers license and he refused. I asked numerous times and still refused to delete the picture. What is the problem

If I could give them zero stars I would. Never have I been so taken advantage of. I came here because they had the only Volkswagen Jetta hybrid in the state and I had been looking for months. Not only did they sell me a car with a completely faulty transmission, but they also had to have known about it and sold it anyways. When I took it to a repair shop they said that a patch had been placed on the transmission and then it had been filled with transmission fluid. The damage was so obvious that even I could tell from the video that I was sent. The patch came off while I was driving on a busy road
