They call you back if you are on the line and for some reason, get disconnected. Each of the team sales nutritionists or consultants are like your friends, yes they want your business but they are sure deserve it. Shopping experience is like you want to come back just to be there, they make sure that you are being taken care of. On a scale of 1-10 I will give them 100. I am getting my supplements from VGA and warmly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a quality service and products.

I have been doing business with Village Green for many years after my son was diagnosed with autism and I was also having health issues. They have a great selection
of natural health products and I love that they are local and reasonably priced so that I may pick up products when needed right away; however, they also have quick shipping when needed. I've had an issue with management in the past. They listened to my complaints and made improvements in a timely manner which made me feel valued as a customer. Generally, the staff is friendly and caring and very knowledgeable.

Sent me wrong item instead of refunding me immediately. (And only refunding me once I send the item I didnt even buy back)
They knew they didnt even have the item I bought. Which is dangerous if I didnt reread the wrong supplement they gave me.
