Services
Acupuncture
Acupuncture involves inserting fine needles at specific points to balance energy flow and stimulate natural healing. This ancient practice effectively treats chronic pain, migraines, and stress-related conditions while promoting overall wellness. Our treatments follow evidence-based protocols recognized by major medical institutions.
Herbal Medicine
Custom herbal formulations use synergistic plant combinations to address specific health imbalances. These time-tested remedies complement acupuncture treatments for digestive issues, hormonal imbalances, and immune support while minimizing side effects through natural ingredient interactions.
Cupping Therapy
Cupping creates localized suction to increase blood flow and relieve muscle tension. This traditional technique effectively treats chronic pain, respiratory conditions, and sports injuries by promoting circulation and reducing inflammation through natural physiological responses.
Tui Na Massage
Tui Na applies targeted pressure and manipulative techniques to stimulate acupoints and meridians. This therapeutic massage addresses musculoskeletal issues, improves circulation, and complements other treatments for conditions like arthritis and repetitive strain injuries.
Gua Sha
Gua Sha uses smooth tools to stroke the skin, promoting microcirculation and releasing fascial restrictions. This technique effectively reduces chronic pain, respiratory congestion, and post-exercise inflammation while enhancing lymphatic drainage through traditional healing mechanisms.

Report
I was actually skeptical about acupuncture until my MD at the VA told me that he performed acupuncture on many patients and would rather practice acupuncture than work as a MD. A short time afterwards I began having a very sharp pain in my right foot and had difficulty walking. Chris did acupuncture on it and in a few minutes I was up walking around with no pain. I'm a believer!
