Belvedere Properties is a full service Real Estate Company that began in Baltimore, Maryland over 30 years ago by Catharyn Nosek. After relocating to Greensboro, Belvedere Properties opened its doors to offer a full service Real Estate Company in the Triad. We work with Sellers to get their home sold and buyers to find their dream home.

At Belvedere Properties we make every effort to address maintenance issues promptly. If you have submitted the below maintenance request and you have not heard from our office within 24 hours, please call us at 336-209-5987. Tenants are required to make arrangements to be home for repairs during these times or grant approval to allow Maintenance into the home with a master key.
