Eyecare Leaders (originally Eyecare Masters) was founded in 1995 by Dr. Joseph Nguyen, O.D. The practice started with a modest patient base and small frame inventory which quickly grew in thriving and successful establishment within the year. In 1998, Mary Nguyen joined the staff as Eyecare Leaders' office manager.
