If it has been a while since you have worked out or if you have a specific fitness goal in mind, Lacon Fitness and Tan offers individualized personal training to meet your goal. Thrive provides fun, safe, and extremely effective workouts designed to help you burn body fat, increase lean muscle and build confidence.
Trainers

Our trainers have the appropriate education and/or certifications to make sure you are getting the best (and safest) training possible. Amanda is the co-owner of Lacon Fitness and Tan and has a degree from Illinois State University in Exercise Science. She has been in the fitness industry for over 17 years.
Tanning

No matter if you have a vacation, wedding, or want to have that glow, we can help you out. Pick between our three super beds that are 12 minutes or less. Two of the beds are 12-minute lay-down beds with built-in fans and three optional face tanners. We have one 10-minute stand-up bed that also has a built-in fan.
