I couldn't ask for a better vet hospital. The entire staff is friendly, informed, attentive, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. Doctor Mary is such an awesome vet, her priority is your pets. She helps to relax, comfort, and treat my large German Shepherd. She takes the anxiety out of vet visits for me and my pets.

Reaching this BOVet and talking to someone the same day you call has become unreliable and for the most part irresponsible There are people there attending the desk, but no one answering phones or returning messages. If were that pathetic with customer service why not sell your practice to someone else who really knows what to do in this type of practice? For God Sakes the dog is sick and NO ONE IS THERE!
