Since 1954, Whitesell Pharmacy has operated as an independent pharmacy in Frederick, Maryland with a focus on serving the community and providing equal access for all people. Over the years we have built many lasting friendships and witnessed the amazing benefits that compassion and generosity can have in peoples' lives, especially those facing health challenges.

Today these principals drive everything that we do from knowing our customers by name to reaching out and connecting resources when we know someone is in trouble. We accept insurance, deliver for free in the Frederick area and have an in-house loyalty program for savings on prescription costs. In addition, Whitesell's is very proud to source specialty medications and rare drugs for those patients with unique pharmacy needs.

Whitesell Home Medical Supply has a new location up the street from the pharmacy at 622 N Market St. We are a Medicare approved durable medical equipment provider and we have direct contracts with commercial insurances as well. Each insurance and patient case is unique and our expert staff work closely with patients to minimize their out of pockets costs; for most items, we offer free local delivery.

Breast Pumps

Whitesell Pharmacy is very proud to support breast feeding mothers with our breast pump services. With the help of doctors and insurance carriers, our goal is to get new mothers the equipment they need to comfortably breast feed their babies as long as possible without paying the high costs of retail breast pumps.
