Report
Inspection of areas of concern in the building, identified by the client. Inspection includes 2 air or tape samples, lab analysis, and report. One of the 2 samples included is always retrieved from outside the home for a baseline comparison. Additional samples, if warranted, are priced at an additional $50.00 per sample.
Warranty
Report
Covers all the major components of the home for 90 days after the date of inspection or 22 days after closing, whichever comes later. Buyer will always have at least 22 days of coverage. Claims are handled within 72 hours of being received. There is absolutely NO DEDUCTIBLE for the client to pay. 90 Day Warranties will work in conjunction with other warranties.
