In 1953 William B. Campbell Sr. established Campbell Property Management after retiring from the New York Police Department and relocating to South Florida. Not one to sit idly on the beach, Bill began a small maintenance business serving vacation and rental properties and ultimately moved to buying, selling and managing rental apartments.
