The management used to be good. But currently, it's horrendous. Went through a few just in the last year. Apartments are of good quality, it's the management that is very poor. They seem to run odd hours, generally get the headquarters more than local management. And the local management rarely if ever returns calls or messages. You the tenant have to initiate everything for returning your messages you leave them. Management used to be good at leaving notifications about changes, or if maintenance was going to do checkups or maintenance in your apartment, but appears to come in whenever
