Ned Dominick was the first home inspector in Middle Georgia beginning in 1978. He received a B.A. at the University of the Pacific and has done additional study at Mercer University, Georgia Tech, UGA and the University of the Nations. He holds numerous construction related certifications including full membership in the American Society of Home Inspectors.

Most inspections involve existing homes. Virtually all have some significant problems which may include structural problems due to rot or termites, moisture issues, roof damage or leaks not to mention issues with expensive systems such as heating and air or potential safety or health issues from faulty wiring or defective plumbing.

Commercial properties and multi family building are priced individually. Please call us to describe the project to be inspected. If a large commercial property requires the use of commercial contractors or engineers to inspect specialty aspects of the building then we will assemble the team from our wide number of contacts in the construction industry and generate the final report.

National Home Inspections were very responsive to my request for a home inspection. Justin, the inspector, arrived at the home early and started immediately upon exiting his car. Justin was very professional outlining for me and the current home owner what he intended to do, where he would start first, and what he needed to complete his inspection. He wanted to us aerial photography, but a "no-fly" zone near the home in question did not allow him to use his drone.

We hired Jove to do an inspection on a home purchase. He was incredibly thorough and able to find issues and repairs needed in his inspection that were not visible to me. walked me through the highpoints at the end of the inspection and sent a very thorough report to help guide my decisions on the home. National Home Inspections came out to do an inspection on a home I was purchasing and did a fantastic job. It was easy to schedule, sent reminders, very quick turn-around on the report, and were available to go over questions I had after the fact. Jove was assigned to perform the inspection and was professional, on time, and extremely thorough. He didn't leave anything unchecked and was very informative. He gave lots of insight on the home. I would unquestionably recommend National Home Inspections, and Jove, to anyone. I'll definitely be using them in the future!

Wife and I put in an offer on a brand new home that was built 9 months ago and figured there would be minimal if anything at all wrong with the house. To our surprise, Justin found a few issues that needed to be addressed. Money well spent to say the least. He was professional, knowledgeable, and MOST important.....thorough. Although most people hire a home inspector when they are planning to sell or buy a house, I wanted to have my home inspected in order to know what repairs were needed in general. When I received my report it was clear that the inspector went to great lengths to identify those areas in need of repair. The report was thorough and detailed. I can now feel comfortable hiring contractors knowing exactly what needs to be done. I want to thank Ned Dominick and Justin Kilpatrick for a job well done. I have used Ned Dominick and National Home Inspections since 2005 for all of our home inspections all over Middle Georgia. We own and operate a single family property investment business. I set up an appointment, as a HOME BUYER, and they made me sign a contract upfront, but they did the "work" at the convenience of the SELLER. They will NOT work for you. They did not let me know that the inspection was done and called it a "mistake". DO NOT PICK THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET SCREWED. You can spend extra money, but you can never get time back and they will WASTE YOUR TIME!
