We started as Art Melick Construction and Roofing in 1981. Since then we have grown and evolved with the construction market. Art began doing roofs and small jobs of all types in the Auburn area and then later began building custom homes. However, for the last twenty years, Art has focused his company on roofing, throughout the Auburn and Sacramento communities.
The experience of building custom homes and general construction gives us the ability to understand aesthetics and other issues that go into complex roofing projects. We also have the ability and know-how to make sure the job is done right, from the ground up, not just the roof. Our promise to our customers is to provide a clear estimate, deliver the best solution, and inform them of all the associated pros and cons.

The home needed repairs on the roof and the seller told me there's only 1 real mobile home/flat.
