Walked in on a whim just to see what they had and was greeted by Atzy. She is very friendly and super helpful and I walked away with a new car. Priana the customer care representative was also super friendly and helpful. We had lots of laughs and it made the process easy. I highly recommend Steve Hahns dealership

Shame on you Steve Han Volkswagen for wanting to charge me $125 to reset my radio code after a battery change . When all you needed to do was tell me the code and serial number is in the spare tire compartment. Greed was more Is important than saving a customer

Late post. . Thank you Steve Hahns for being there when I totaled my car. My salesman Manny was so helpful. He helped me with my gap insurance claim he helped me get a new car with a better interest rate. Also love the car so fun. The only thing I am disappointed with is the service department and not having kia techs in on weekends but they do work around my schedule when we can make it work.
