You know I tend to give people benefit if he doubt when it comes to things I feel or as far as ones attitude towards a situation. I took my father to this place because his regular eye doctor saw glaucoma and cataracts. So the nurses did work up

Make sure you ask if the doctor is in. They had us wait for three hours with no notice and after 3 hours when I finally asked if the doctor was even there, he wasn't. They could have informed us from the beginning. They had always let me in with my elder mother, but this time they said only the patient. I thought it was due to Covid protections but when I finally entered for my mother there were around 20 patients crammed in a room waiting for a doctor that wasn't there. So they were fully aware of the extreme delay from the beginning. They should have said so.

I have been a patient here for at least 4 years. My cataract surgery and ongoing follow ups have been excellent. No problems with the surgery or visits. Dr. Palermo is an excellent doctor and is very knowledgeable and informative in his analysis each visit. The staff are friendly and professional.
