The best part of my job is hearing when one of my nurses made a difference in someone's life. It can be something as little as just listening to the patient and really hearing them, to sitting next to a wife as her husband takes his last breath. I have been moved to tears by the care, comfort, and support our clinicians provide every day to people who so desperately need it.
