I strive for honest customer service and believe there is no right way to do the wrong thing. This mindset has formed long term relationships with all the subcontractors and property owners I've worked with over the years. I've managed my own properties for years and treat every property I handle like it's my own.

I aim to work only with the best subcontractors who perform high quality work on the property at very reasonable pricing. With my monthly billing statements I attach all invoices from the subcontractors for work done on the property owners real estate. There's no up-charge on the invoices, and my fees on the administration for the properties is quite reasonable.
