My family visited a family member here today. The kids seemed happy, well taken care of and content. The kids were mainly young boys ages 12-18. The staff was very nice and helpful. So far I am happy with what I see. The kids here have autism on some level and the patience the staff has with them is what makes me happy.

Trying to talk to someone took 4 different phone numbers. Get transferred then disconnected twice. Finally talk to Julie and ask about services, and was told they only provide services for children with Autism, no other special needs or disabilities. I asked for a referral to another place and she said 'we don't do that either'. I have previously used brainlearning (search that) and they are amazing for helping with my sons school stuff!!
