Garrett Beach graduated magna cum laude from Abilene Christian University in 2013 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and a minor in Psychology. In 2016, Garrett graduated from Baylor Law School, where he earned his Juris Doctor with a concentration in estate planning.

Garrett's primary areas of practice include elder law, estate planning, Medicaid, Wills, trusts, probate, business formation, nonprofit formation, and guardianships.Other lawyers recognize the value JHS is bringing to its clients. Ryan Johnson is a founding partner of Johnson Hobbs Squires. He has broad experience representing businesses and individuals on commercial and business transactions, litigation and arbitration as well as product liability matters.

Ryan has successfully prosecuted claims involving serious personal injury, wrongful death, merger and acquisition agreements, violations of non-competition agreements, trademark and trade-secret disputes, employment discrimination disputes, product liability, securities claims and inverse condemnation.Ryan also represents clients in commercial business and real estate transactions.

Rod is founding partner of Johnson Hobbs Squires LLP and has more than 35 years experience in matters involving injury or death, especially those caused by defective products and workplace injuries. Mr. Squires attended the University of Texas and upon graduation joined the accounting firm of Price Waterhouse located in Houston.
