We dropped our car off the night before. We got a call early the next morning from Myron and then a second call later in the day keeping us apprised. No surprises, just information and checking in to see how we wanted to proceed. Prices were reasonable and service was exceptional. We bought the RAV 4 from Earnhardt (wonderful experience) and the service department and Myron will keep us coming back.

Had my 4Runner service here for a basic oil change. Steven K was friendly, he told me on what to expect on cost and wait time 1 hour to 1.5. Steven K review the multi-point vehicle report with me and made sure I understand what some items on the list meant. Since he took his time answering all my questions, I will be returning back to buy next car with dealership. A BIG THANK YOU to Steven K.in the Service Department !
