After living in my home for several months Ive found the inspector missed a large number of issues that have cost me a lot of money. Broken dishwasher ($500), broken washing machine ($600) broken dryer ($600), no dryer vent (huge safety risk and $450 fix), wired smoke detectors placed too close to oven range, electrical issue with bathroom light switch, didnt mention there was a sprinkler system that needed to be winterized (frozen now). The inspector was on time and pleasant, but after finding out he wasnt diligent in inspecting my home, which cost me a lot of money and will

Nick arrived and inspected the property at the date and time we agreed to. When we arrived two hours later, he gave a detailed verbal report of his findings. This was followed up with an electronic report with photos and videos of the problematic areas. Each finding was classified by its seriousness and the type of follow up required.
