Services
Physical Therapy
Our licensed physical therapists provide comprehensive treatment plans for musculoskeletal conditions. Specializing in manual therapy and therapeutic exercise, we address acute injuries and chronic conditions through individualized programs. Each session focuses on restoring mobility, reducing pain, and preventing future injuries through patient education and targeted interventions.
Home Health Services
We provide skilled therapy services in patients' residences for post-surgical recovery and mobility limitations. This service maintains continuity of care with the same therapist throughout home and clinic phases. Our therapists adapt treatment plans to home environments to ensure practical, functional recovery for patients unable to travel.
Dry Needling
Certified practitioners perform trigger point dry needling to treat muscular pain and dysfunction. This technique involves inserting fine needles into myofascial trigger points to release tension and promote healing. Combined with traditional therapy methods, it offers effective relief for chronic pain conditions and sports-related injuries.
McKenzie Method
We implement evidence-based mechanical diagnosis and therapy techniques for spinal disorders. This systematic approach identifies movement patterns that alleviate nerve-related pain. Patients receive education in self-treatment techniques to reduce dependency on clinical interventions and prevent recurring back and neck issues.
Sports Injury Treatment
Specialized rehabilitation programs address sports-related injuries across all activity levels. From amateur athletes to professional dancers, we develop sport-specific recovery plans focusing on functional movement restoration. Our therapists work closely with sports medicine physicians to ensure comprehensive care for return-to-play readiness.

I was very disappointed with the care I received with In Motion in 2019. Ive tossed and turned whether to share this over the last few years. I spent more time on heat than I did with the therapist. The staff felt cold and not welcoming. Physical therapy isnt cheap, and I felt as though In Motion didnt do their part to help me heal
