While in high school, his good friend's father - a dentist in the Navy - further encouraged Dr. Martin to consider a career in dentistry. He went on to graduate from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in microbiology and Doctor of Dental Medicine degree (DMD).

Dr. Christopher Ramke decided to become a dentist because he wanted to transfer his love for machinery and fixing cars to helping people with their smiles and health. He attended The Ohio State University for his undergraduate degree in biology before advancing to Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine (LECOM), where he earned his DMD.
