The Spivack Family has owned and operated the Wildwood Garden Apartments in Port Washington, NY since Stuart and Harvey Spivack constructed the 250 unit complex. They then acquired the adjacent 60 unit Soundview Garden Apartments. The two properties are still owned and managed by The Spivacks.
