I have been coming here for about 20 years.. maybe more.
Dr. Ohriner is fantastic. He always has a great attitude and a great personality. The staff has cycled in and out over the years and there have been some good and some bad but overall, they are friendly and helpful.

Pathetic !! Called schedule an appointment same-day called back to provide them with insurance information they didn't take it over the phone asked me to bring it in on my appointment day. Showed up for the appointment they couldn't pull my benefits and asked me to reschedule so inconvenient!!!

I used my VA benefits for a eye exam and new glasses. I now have 3 packs of contacts I cant wear. Glasses I paid $300 out of pocket for that stay dirty and smudged. The glare off them gives me headaches. These are the worst pair of glasses I have owned. Ibe worn glasses for 30 yrs. Oh, but for $100 more they will but some film on them to help stay clean. I went back 3 times to correct the issues. Each time service was worse. I notified the VA of the issues. I hope they dont send anyone else here. Ill go to Lens Crafters from now on.

Went for eye exam for myself and my daughter. Dr told my daughter she doesn't know how to read (mind you she had no contacts in and didn't ask her to read anything). Then came the 2 week check up to order our contacts. Dealing with Jasmin at the office. Says she will call back with invoice information, no call back. I finally called again after a couple attempts to get a hold of her, and she took credit card information and said she will email me the invoices. Now on the second day of no contact and no invoice. Credit card not charged, so where did the information go. Still waiting for a call from

Had a great experience from entering to leaving my appointment , even though we are living in an unprecedented time , I was a lil nervous going to get my eyes exam due to the distance to do so but I felt well taken care of :) they had safety measures for all . They have a variety of glasses on display and clean them after someone tries them on and very reasonable affordable prices to choose from . All employees I had contact with gave me great customer service
